One of the lessons in my curriculum unit surrounds an environmental case study. For that particular unit students are to complete research on the Environmental Protection Agency in Taiwan. The teacher will lead the discussion on what Taiwan has done to clean up its air. Students will then utilize these websites to read about Taiwan’s proposals and cooperation with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. This lesson will culminate in students writing a case study of what they have observed, what they have found effective and not effective, and what they recommend in the future. Student groups will then present these finding.
