National Geographic is a trusted source for information, so it’s no surprise that their website would be included in this forum as a resource for teachers of any grade level. The China guide has some very good features both visually and in text. Through this link, you can access Facts, Map, Photos, and Videos. There are quizzes, and little travel stories. The ads are few and nothing popped un that was inappropriate. Of course you can click on another country in Asia or around the world for info as well. At the bottom there are suggested links. For example, I was in the Japan section, and there was a story about the 10 best places to eat ice cream. The story is not exclusively about Japan but is featured in the article. Japan was #6 by the way with eel flavored ice cream.
