    Part two of the presentation on periodizing Chinese history is below. This section begins with the establishment of the Qin dynasty. Please feel free to use the pdf with your own students. Do not share it with colleagues or post it online. Thank you.

    Please do take a moment to share your ideas on how to effectively introduce the Qin and Han dynasties to your students? What works or is likely to work with them?

    Hi Folks,

    Below is part one of our initial presentation on "periodizing Chinese history." This part takes us through the pre-imperial period. You may download the presentation and you should feel free to use it in your own classroom. Do not, however, share it with others. I do not own and cannot transfer the rights to some of the images used in the presentation.

    Please do offer your own comments on the ideas raised during the presentation and please share your ideas on how to best introduce these concepts to your students.
