    Another great sushi burrito food truck is The Pokey Truck, which has a bit more of a Hawaiian take on sushi.

    Their menu is a bit smaller, but I personally think their food is better than Jogasaki.

    If you happen to come across the Jogasaki Sushi Burrito food truck, I highly recommend giving their menu a look over.
    They offer their sushi burritos in a "mini" and "regular" size. I'd say the mini is about the size of 4-5 sushi rolls while the regular size is double that.
    My husband ordered the Spider Burrito and our nephew had a California Delight. The sushi burritos come wrapped in soy paper rather than a tortilla.
    They offer other Japanese/Mexican food fusion items on their menu like Spicy Tuna Nachos(Spicy tuna on bed of Doritos chips w/ avocado and eel sauce).
