    Beginning in January 2012, UC Irvine has a lecture series based on the food and culture of Asian nations (although it is not limited to this area of the world).
    Each lecture features a culturally relevant ethnic dish, followed by a lecture by an expert on that Asian culture.
    One can earn one (1) graduate credit through UC Irvine upon completion of an essay about the lecture.
