A new radio program takes anonymous sex related questions so that young people can email or text their questions and try to sort fact from myth. The taboo of such dicussion runs deep and the announcers have to be very careful so that "Tonight's Whisperings," Capital Life Radio's No. 1 rated show, can continue.

The article indicates a generation gap in attitudes toward sex as well as perception of information being needed. Many parents are against sex education, and many teachers too embarassed to teach it. Young people are more
inclined to theink info is needed.

I am wondering if the shifting attitudes are influenced by the internet, increasing higher education, capitalism creeping in???
