GuestCan you clarify the intent here. Is the first person listed the one who is submitting the lesson plan with the other two reviewing it?

GuestI agree with Ken and Dan. Please clearly provide the two reviewers for each of us. Thank you.

GuestAs I read the list above, I am reviewing the lesson plan drafts of Tony and Ying. Please let me know if this is incorrect. Thanks!

GuestHello everyone:
We clearly have different ways of reading this list, and perhaps you can reply to us on this part of the forum. A suggestion would be to have a table with two columns. The title of the first column is the person to be reviewed, for example. The title of the second column would have the names of each reviewer. Any other suggestions are appreciated, but at least this way it would be crystal clear to us all. Thanks in advance, AranaAugust 22, 2011 at 9:17 am #24109Anonymous
GuestI don't know how you can come to that conclusion. Clay said that each lesson plan would be reviewed by two people so as I read the chart, the first column is where the name only appears once. Therefore the two names that appear after are the two reviewers. How do you come up with Tony and Ying? My interpretation says that the two names on the right review the one person on that left. That way everyone only gets reviewed once by two people. Anyway they need to clarify what is going on. It just doesn't make sense. HELP!

GuestAt the very top of the list is the heading To Be Reviewed Reviewers. I am assuming the first name is the name of the person to be reviewed, the next two the reviewers. So, using this interpretation, I would review Tony and after Ying. Of course, the list could be interpreted totally differently (in which case, I review Ying and Dylis). I agree, clarification would help.
Should one of us contact Xin?

GuestThank you for clarifying, much appreciated.
Three quick questions:
1. Is there a format you'd like us to use?
2. Do we communicate our reviews via email to the individual - or post them on the forum?
3. Do we send hard copy to you after the lesson has been reviewed or as it is now?

GuestDylis,
Would you mind to review my lesson plan? Anyone, if you have Dylis's email, would you mind to share with me? I don't think she posted hers here.
Thank you,Vivian
