Based on Dr. Dube's presentations, as a visual learner I have been looking at timelines for Chinese history to incorporate into my lesson plan. What is wonderful about this site, is that it has many interactive features, including audio tours that accompany the collection. This is an interesting website that I found useful. Also, would love to hear how you are all incorporating maps into your lessons...

The Library of Congress has an amazing online site for their Chinese Collection that might be of interest to you. The collection covers all areas, with strengths in the humanities and social sciences: http://www.loc.gov/rr/asian/ChinaMongoliaTeam.html#Chinese.

There are some wonderful photos and descriptions that the Smithsonian Museum has put together. http://www.asia.si.edu/collections/chinese.asp
They also have some interesting resources for teachers: http://www.asia.si.edu/explore/teacherResources.asp

I will be incorporating some of these graphics, especially on metalwork. But there is an extensive calligraphy collection here as well.
