Call out, does anyone have information about Chengdu and the surrounding area of Sichuan? Wayne and I have been doing research on the next growth area of China and it looks like Chengdu and the surrounding are of Sichuan is going and will be growing into the next few decades.
First of all is this true? What are your thoughts?

Third, what are your personal experiences of the place and people. Nice, Kind, well educated, bad weather, cold?
Forth, has anyone taken the bullet train to Chengdu from Shanghai? Have you booked it online? Problems concerns?
