Human Rights -- when, where, what, and how...
I happened to read this post Clay wrote 4 years ago and it's something that interests me very much. I think this is a great question about how to use it in our classrooms. I feel it's very important, especially in this day and age, to teach our students to be global citizens. Human rights issues are a huge part of that. I think this class has given us some great jumping off points to use to compare and contrast to current situations all over the world. i also noticed someone mentioned teaching tolerance as a resource which is an excellent one I use. Wondering if anyone else has any good resources for teaching about Human rights/ world issues. Always looking for great ideas.

    Thanks
    Maggie
