Hello everyone,
My name is Gita Khatkar. I teach English at Chaparral High School in Temecula. I am originally from India. I hosted a teacher from South Korea in my classroom and loved working with her. My students also enjoyed her tremendously. She shared some fascinating cultural stories. I am interested in knowing more about South Korea and China. My district is considering a prolonged student and teacher exchange program with South Korea. So we may get to go and teach there starting next summer and I would love to get a chance. We already have a significant amount of South Korean students and I am almost certain that I will have another South Korean teaher in my classroom this year. I look forward to meeting everyone!
