I am glad to hear that your experiences with the Korean Cultural Center have been such a success. I am definitely going to try to push this with my administration so that my students can have this experience before the year is ended. The fact that they will provide a bus for the students is a real draw. It helps reduce the red tape and the administrative problems. Thanks for the input. My feeling on this is that so many underpriviledged kids have never been away from their home cities, and have no idea what other cultures have to offer and show us, that they need this experience to promote tolerance, and broaden their horizons.
