The Kal-bi and Kogi trucks are a booming business--it's not surprising that the food business consists of a combination of Mexican/Korean cuisine to meet the needs of the population in Los Angeles. I also hear that this trend is also making headway into the San Francisco and NY areas. The food is delicious and well-priced. I've noticed more trucks of such nature on the rise--it's practically on many corner streets. If you are in Koreatown and in the 3rd Street and the Western arena, you will see lots of vendors like these.
