This website is a great collection of different resources on different topics. Sample themes include imperial Japan, Japanese Weddings, Elementary schools, the financial crisis, the tsunami and nuclear crisis. Its really great stuff. They also have extensive lesson plans available. They are common core aligned and cover a great variety of age ranges and topics. I really liked the one on architecture and one on cultural identity. I am going to try to figure out a way to use that soon. You can sign up to get newsletters and to become a part of their community. They also have a forum for questions which I think would be very useful. Also included is a resource section which you can use to create lesson plans on primary source documents. All in all, this is a great website that is perfectly designed for teachers. I highly recommend it.
