I read an article on May 8 from the China Post that was about Chinese presidents meeting with former Japanese prime ministers excludes Koizum by Joseph Coleman. Chinese president Hu Jinttao visited Japan on Tuesday, May 6. He was the first Chinese president to visit Tokyo in 10 years. China is Japan’s largest trading partner. According to Chinese statistics, bilateral trade reached US$237 billion last year. I think both leaders understood the important of economic partners. They can look forward but not look back the history of wartime.
