This is an excellent website for finding various teaching resources, including links to other materials to use in the classroom and resources for professional development. It's a great way to sort through a lot of the information about teaching Asian history, and it's good to know that individuals at Columbia University have already screened the sites it links you to and decided that they are good quality for teachers. Some of the features that I find most helpful about this website include:
1. There is an option to search for resources by topic (religion, language arts, geography, art)
2. There is the option to search for resources by time period (spanning from prior to 4000 BCE to the 21st Century)
3. There is a page with a list of many travel and exchange programs that may be of interest to teachers.
4. Professional development (online courses and independent study) and video lectures (on Asian art, history, and geography) for teachers.
