I already reviewed another, but I also wanted to mention this website: http://afe.easia.columbia.edu/

They also publish a magazine and do professional development.

The section on geography looks very interesting: http://afe.easia.columbia.edu/geography/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://afe.easia.columbia.edu/geography/

This website offers timelines, background information, lesson plans, information on professional developments, print/video resource, etc. I highly recommend checking this website out.

As I do more research for my final unit plans, I am finding this to be a really great resource.

If you go to this part of the page, there are tons of links to primary source documents and lesson plans.

This is the page for 1750-1900, but there are other time period available.
