I found the COVERING CHINA WORKSHOP to be very valuable because the journalists gave us very unique insights into life in China. Rob Schmidt experiences with exposing the falsehoods of another reporters article about poor conditions regarding the factories that produce Apple Computers was very intriguing. Xing Xing Nee's personal history of going to school in China and then moving to San Francisco was fascinating and her energy was very riveting. Mei Fong's experiences with the Earthquake survivors and Cave school children were very moving. Thank you for such a great workshop!

Thank you for inviting us to the Covering China Workshop. I truly enjoyed the workshop and listening to the reporter's experiences. Also, it was an amazing book festival. What a fabulous day!

This video of the invisible gorilla in the room came up in conversation at USC on Saturday. Interesting how the mind works.
