After reviewing the Tibetan exhibit at the Norton Simon I felt encouraged to add this website on the history and biography of the Dalai Lama. A few years ago I became very fascinated with the selection process and history of the Dalai Lama. Also the fact that the 15th Dalai Lama is projecting that there will not be a successor and essentially the position will never be continued. The whole history of the position is incredibly interesting. For anyone that has no clue or knows just a little bit, I would highly recommend the website. On the website above there are biographies of each Dalai Lama of the 15 who have held the position, and it also details what the current Dalai Lama is doing. Very INTERESTING...a must read!
