    This is an excellent website that is full of information for students and teachers. This is the website for the Korean Culture Center. It starts off giving you all the information that you'll need for a school field trip including who to contact.

    How can this website be used with students? Easy. They can go tho this website before taking the field trip and they will learn exactly what to expect. The field trip consist of:
    * Greeting and Introduction in the KCCLA auditorium
    * 14-minute video presentation "Images of Korea"
    * Self-guided tour; on-line games, short film
    * Latest technology in Korea, animation
    * Assemble a 3-D puzzle on a Korean theme if time permits, if not, take home for a class project

    This website is a great source of photographs and information on ancient China. the information is organized into, daily life, art, maps, pictures and research. Once in the categories, the information is divided into dynasties. It is very specific to target exactly what you want your student to research. It is a great site to use as a webquest. I give my students "task sheets", and they have to find specific things. i do however give them the first 10 minutes just to look at the pictures so they get it out of their system. It also includes a virtual tour of many of the cities in their current state. I believe the site has other asian countries as well. I do not recoment this for ESL students. Some of the vocabulary can be a little difficult for them.
