This house is where a Japanese immigrant family lived, and the wikipedia website describes it's significance in testing out the California Alien Land Law of 1913. The court found that the American-born children of the Japanese immigrants had the right to own this house. It is sufficient to read about this house, because you cannot visit it. It is not open to guests or tours. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, as well as being a National Historic Landmark, and is Riverside Landmark #23.
