How to receive benefits

All assignments are due by July 10, 2022. You are eligible to receive the benefits if you complete all requirements.

Please let us know if you would like to receive: 

1. If you teach for LAUSD - 2 salary point (free). Please provide the name of your school and your employee ID number. No futher action needed. 
2. If you teach elsewhere - Purchase 3 or 6 CEUs (explanation attached) from the USC Rossier School of Education ($35/unit). Fill out the CEU application form below and return it to [email protected] by July 10, 2022.
3. For everyone - a certificate of completion. 
4. None of the above.
