The first day of this efficiently run seminar validated my pasion for teaching literature through the culture of the people. To understand the way people think and act, students must be familiarized with what the people have endured. East Asia has a lot to offer and to this day remains comparatively unexplored. The knowledge on this region that Clayton presented and the passion with which he presented was inspiring and examplary. My thought as I got into this seminar was that the twain shall meet!!!
