I just wanted to add my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to participate with such a professional, scholarly, friendly, fun-loving group of people. I have learned so much from all of you through the classes and the forums. I have to admit that when I read the requirement of a minimum of 30 posts, I thought of it as drudgery that I had to find time to do on top of all the other reading, essays, lesson plans. Boy was I wrong; reading the forum posts from all of you has been very helpful and informative. I now see the great benefit and the quality resources that I will take away from this US-China Institute

I think the time spent with everyone during the nine days in our basement classroom, on the field trip, eating together, and walking back and forth between the campus and the Radisson really made my summer! I do hope we will stay in touch and continue to share ideas and resources. Good luck in spreading the history and cultures of China, Japan, and Korea!
