Things have finally settled down enough for me to find time to watch the dvd's of the group of teachers from North Carolina on their trip to East Asia. Wow ... what great experiences they had, and what a difference it made in their teaching. I like how they filmed the teachers in an area and then immediately showed how they incorporated the experience in their classrooms rather than wait until the end. Very powerful...although I'm still debating with myself on whether or not I could eat a scorpion. :/ Suzanne Lopez
