Asian history is rich in information. From the Coolie migrations to Latin America to the immigration to the United States. As is the case with Riverside, Ca this location saw Japanese, Korean and Chinese immigrants. It also is the location of a land mark case California v. Jukichi Harada where Mr. Harada won the right for his children to (who were American born) own property and therefore attend local schools. The house is currently repurposed by the Riverside Metropolitan Museum. A look into the history of Asian Americans in Riverside show that it has been largely overlooked and in need of research and scholarship.
