This seminar is amazing. In just one day, Clay has taught us so much. I never realized that China has 17 bordering neighbors compared to our two. Thank goodness I live here where our neighbors are "friendly". Beijing and D.C. share roughly the same latitude and location in the eastern part of each country. Standing on the square meter of newspaper is such a hands-on way of showing the crowdedness of one's population (Tokyo subway). Middle school students will understand that so much better when they experience standing on the newspaper like I did.
