    I know we're not supposed to create a new thread, but i didn't know where to put this post. There is a tragic article about the Virginia Tech gunman's extended family in South Korea. With my young kids, I talked very briefly about what had happened last monday. I was wondering how some of the upper grade teachers addressed the issue...

    here's another article about the virginian gunman's ethnicity. I find it so ridiculous that people would stereotype other Korean Americans based on this one incident. I was wondering if upper grade teachers were seeing any tension surrounding this issue..
