Ma Ying-jeou was recently re-inaugurated as Taiwan's president. His re-inauguration speech sparked controversy because he referred to Taiwan's relations with China as "one country, two areas (δΈεε
©ε)." This statement was viewed as being damaging to national sovereignty by the Taiwan Solidarity Union (TSU). TSU Chairman, Huang Kun-huei, said Ma should seriously consider whether he should stay on as president. Who knows, perhaps there will be fireworks in Taiwan as a result of this, even if it's not the fourth of July.
