    This is a website made a seventh grade teacher and it is pretty cool. There are sixteen inventions on the site with history and pictures. Students can take notes about the name of the invention, approximate date of invention, write a brief description, write about the importance of or impact it has today.

    The first lunar rover Jade Rabbit, while not entirely successful, is quite a feat as only a handful of countries have landed on the moon. There's plenty on YouTube for the casual viewer, but my post is more on artwork regarding the lunar rover. I was unable to locate the actual mission patch for the Jade Rabbit (the attachment below is certainly NOT the patch), but I did find links for coins minted in honor of the launch, as well as other missions into space and their respective patches. Patches are always a cool thing for kids (and adults) we see them from race car jackets, to movies, to everyday wear. Students like to create their own for their group projects too.
