The first lunar rover Jade Rabbit, while not entirely successful, is quite a feat as only a handful of countries have landed on the moon. There's plenty on YouTube for the casual viewer, but my post is more on artwork regarding the lunar rover. I was unable to locate the actual mission patch for the Jade Rabbit (the attachment below is certainly NOT the patch), but I did find links for coins minted in honor of the launch, as well as other missions into space and their respective patches. Patches are always a cool thing for kids (and adults) we see them from race car jackets, to movies, to everyday wear. Students like to create their own for their group projects too.
