Can a foreigner understand street signs in Seoul Korea? Obviously, Koreans spent lots of money and resources to attract foreigners to visit Korea. According to a newspaper article, a German student wrote, “I know that they are English letters but it doesn’t help me figure out where I’m going.” Follow the link and find out for yourselves. You may have to copy and paste it.
