In its effort to continue promoting art and culture, the Getty Museum has brought to LA an extraordinary exhibition of Buddhist art. This is a unique opportunity for us Angelinos to contemplate rare objects from the site of Mogao. The wall paintings and sculptures are a living proof of the great artistic talent, religiosity, and cultural exchange on the Silk Road.
